The Digbeth Branch is a 1.25 mile long waterway that connects the Birmingham and Fazeley and Grand Union Canals. It passes through the tunnel under the West Coast Mainline, about a kilometre east of Birmingham New Street Station.
The branch was built under 1768 under the Birmingham Canal Act and completed in 1799.
